Well Vintage Green Energy Pte Ltd. is a joint venture between Well Vintage Enterprises Pte Ltd. and Star Ascent Energy Pte Ltd. Well Vintage Green Energy Pte Ltd  are exploring assets and forestation land from which timber, cassava and pinewood will be produced and exported. Well Vintage is arranging corporate structuring, financial structuring and capital raising over these assets. 
 
Star Ascent Energy Pte Ltd. is the sole owner of VR Commodities Ltd. an Indian company which is in the business of mining, marketing and selling coal in India, Indonesia and other countries, as well the sole owner of Gayatri Tissue & Pup, a subsidiary of VRC.
