Well Vintage Capital Pte Ltd. has been set up by Well Vintage Enterprises Pte Ltd. to complete a commercial transaction with the Arsari Group. The commercial transaction is in various commodity sectors and in addition raising capital against fixed assets of Well Vintage Capital Pte Ltd.

Well Vintage Capital Pte Ltd. will be owned by the Arsari Group, and Well Vintage Management will act as manager over all business activities of Well Vintage Capital Pte Ltd.
