Well Vintage Coal Pte Ltd. is a joint venture between Well Vintage Enterprises Pte Ltd. and Star Ascent Energy Pte Ltd. who together have joint coal assets of approx. USD$ 500 million. Well Vintage is arranging corporate structuring, financial structuring and capital raising over these assets.
