Qairun has extensive experience in business operations including the roles of a Personal Assistant, Human Resource Manager and Administrator over the past 15 years. She holds a Diploma in Business Management and Administration, and is responsible for day-to-day accounts and general business operation with oversight over staff protocols. Qairun is an instrumental member of the team and future growth of the group.
Romy has worked in Equity and Capital Markets for over 5 years, in compliance and operational roles within ASX listed companies, most recently as Company Secretary and Administrative Officer for Nova Minerals Limited. Romy graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of Arts (Philosophy/International Relations) and is fluent in French. Romy joins Well Vintage as a Project Manager, overseeing and facilitating cross-border transactions.
Since 1982, Gavin has provided a broad range of geological, managerial and corporate services in numerous facets of coal, base and precious metal exploration, project development and mining. He’s participated at an executive level in project management, start-up ventures, joint venture management, operations turnarounds, marketing and promotions, economic and due diligence studies.

Muhamad has over 25 years experience in the airfreight industry, and brings senior executive and consultant experience with expertise in airlines, courier services and forwarding business. He has led engagements for the community, national and international airfreight in strategy, business and operational process redesign, revenue enhancement and challenged projects.

Simon has experience of working and living in markets across Asia and operates as a Managing Director for Well Vintage since 2010. Simon has been responsible for leading the strategy, development and growth in the Asian Region across multiple platforms and client solutions.

Joseph is a chartered accountant with a blue chip background. He qualified with EY London and worked in their offices in the MENA region. He also worked for KPMG Corporate Finance for a number of years. Joseph’s career spanning 30 years has largely been centered on corporate finance and restructuring. Joseph joins Well Vintage as Director of our aviation business in the UAE as well as acting as a senior advisor to the Board of the Well Vintage Group.
Giordano graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce (with distinction) in Finance and Business law. Experienced in investment analysis and equity research, with a special interest in commodity trading and mining projects. He is passionate about developing relationships with people from diverse backgrounds and taking on different perspectives to solve challenges efficiently.

A Certified Project Manager ( Ahli Madya Project Management), he has completed various business transactions across the region, establishing Wireline Network Of Indonesia based on a 5 year plan with Asian Development Bank.

Iftikhar has postgraduate qualifications with three Master's Degrees in Economics, Political Studies and Business Administration. An enthusiastic commodity trader with productive working relationships across a broad range of groups in UAE, India and Pakistan, Iftikhar started his career as tahseeldar ( tax collector) working with Unicef, and then UNDP & UNAIDS in Pakistan as a training and community mobilisation consultant. After arriving in the United Arab Emirates in 2005, he worked in business development across construction, labour recruitment and facilities management. Iftikhar joins the Well Vintage Group as a Business Development Manager based in UAE with a focus on Pink Himalayan Salt and Agri commodities.

He has led engagements for community, national and international banks in strategy, pre and post-merger integration, business and operational process redesign, revenue enhancement and challenged projects. Gabriel holds a BA and MBA in Economics and completed coursework in managing IT resources. He has served as Vice President of Credit Suisse Private Banking, CEO of Banquecorp Limited, and Director of Well Vintage for the Middle East and North Africa developing economic and financial strategies. Under his leadership, the group has expanded to deliver tailored local service on a global scale and today provides a full range across the financial services ecosystem.

Georga has provided over 13 years of operations administration and executive support to boutique private equity firms in both Ireland and Australia, and demolition and metal recycling companies in Ireland and Scotland. Georga is the Operations Manager of the Well Vintage Australian branch based in Perth, and also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Journalism and Visual Media.
